We offer free shipping on every order to the contiguous United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, transit time is typically 10–18 business days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer or carry an additional fee — we'll let you know before charging anything extra.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships. Tracking information, when available, will be included in that email.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at kravoprodutos@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — in most cases, without asking you to ship the item back.
If you'd simply like to return an unused, unopened item for any reason, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the process.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
